Booking Conditions

1) PRICE POLICY
The price of accommodation is subject to possible variation until the booking is confirmed.

2) BOOKING
The booking is confirmed on receipt of 50% of the half week, period or month rental.

3) PAYMENT
The balance must be paid on arrival at the accommodation.

4) DEPOSIT
Where a guarantee deposit is required, this must be paid on arrival at the accommodation.

5) CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation the penalties are as follows:
50% of the amount paid (as in 2) up to 20 days before arrival
70% of the amount paid (as in 2) up to 15 days before arrival
100% of the amount paid (as in 2) up to 14 days before arrival
Cancellation must be received in writing.

6) ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION BY US
In the event of alteration or cancellation due to events beyond our control idec reserves the right to transfer you to a similar property.

7) INSURANCE
On booking insurance may be taken out with us at minimum cost giving 24 hour cover against accidents.

8) INSURANCE GUARANTEE
Idec has stipulated with assimoco insurance company an insurance policy n0 616/14/504750 to guarantee that idec meets all its obligations to its clients.

9) JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute concerning the terms and conditions of the exclusive booking contract, the court of Rome will have jurisdiction. On signing the booking form the client totally and unconditionally accepts the booking conditions.
